Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before installing or using the SharedBoards application ("App", "Plugin") available on the monday.com Marketplace. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
SharedBoards is a third-party application built on the monday.com platform that enables users to create, manage, and share monday.com boards across workspaces, teams, and external collaborators. The App is developed and maintained independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially supported by monday.com Ltd.
SharedBoards is an independent application that integrates with monday.com via its official API and SDK. Your use of monday.com remains subject to monday.com's own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other policies published by monday.com Ltd.
This App is developed in compliance with monday.com's Developer Terms and Marketplace Terms of Service. We do not sublicense, reverse-engineer, or misuse monday.com's API or SDK beyond the scope of the limited license granted to developers.
"monday.com" and associated logos are trademarks of monday.com Ltd. Use of these marks within this App is solely for descriptive/integration purposes and does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely within your monday.com account for your internal business purposes. You may not:

When you use the App to create or share a board with other users, teams, or external parties, you are solely responsible for:
To provide its functionality, the App accesses monday.com data on your behalf via the monday.com API, including but not limited to: boards, items, columns, users, workspaces, and account information. We access only the data necessary to perform the features you use.
We may store certain metadata (such as shared board configurations, sharing preferences, and access logs) to operate the App. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect data processed through the App. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your actions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Data stored by the App is retained for as long as you have the App installed or as required by applicable law. Upon uninstalling the App, you may request deletion of your stored data by contacting us at the address below.
We handle personal data in a manner consistent with monday.com's privacy requirements as described in their Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding monday.com's platform and API) are owned by us. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain all rights to the content you create and manage on monday.com boards. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely as necessary to provide the App's functionality.
If the App includes a paid tier:
We aim to maintain high availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App's functionality may be affected by outages or changes to the monday.com platform that are outside our control.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
Support is provided via email. monday.com Ltd. is not responsible for providing support for this App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App developer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Botswana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where feasible, by notifying you through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
